Simply knowing the vocabulary words won\u2019t be much use if we don\u2019t know how to put them in sentences. The above vocabulary words are <a href=\"https:\/\/examples.yourdictionary.com\/verb-phrase-examples.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">frases verbales<\/a>es decir, est\u00e1n formados por un verbo y algo m\u00e1s. For -ar verbs, you need to change the ending to -as, and for -er verbs, you\u2019re going to change the ending to -es. For example, I would say, \u201c\u00bfCortas el c\u00e9sped?\u201d to ask \u201cDo you cut the grass?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Util\u00edzalos con otros verbos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal vez quieras a\u00f1adir un poco m\u00e1s de chispa a tu frase, o lo que quieres decir es un poco diferente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Necesito + verb phrase= \u201cI need to\u2026.\u201d<\/strong> Use this if you want to say what you need to do. For example, \u201cNecesito lavar los platos\u201d would mean \u201cI need to wash the dishes.\u201d Note that you don\u2019t conjugate the verb <em>lavar <\/em>because in Spanish, you can\u2019t have two conjugated verbs next to each other.<\/li><li><strong>Quiero + verb phrase= \u201cI want to\u2026\u201d<\/strong> This is how you would express things you want to do. To make it negative, add the word \u201cno\u201d before <em>quiero<\/em>.
