Ir al trabajo o a clase, encontrar tiempo para hacer la comida y com\u00e9rsela, intentar mantener el contacto con la familia y los amigos, y todas las dem\u00e1s actividades diarias, puede ser agotador. Si hacemos esto demasiados d\u00edas seguidos, es frecuente sentirse quemado. Take some time to do something that you want to do, not something that you have to do.
