Assieds-toi sur une surface confortable o\u00f9 tu te sens en s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Remarque l'aspect et la sensation de ton environnement autour de toi, puis ferme les yeux. Retourne ton t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et sois simplement pr\u00e9sent. Do they look a little different now, a little calmer? Only look at what is physically next to you. Then, use this time to think about what you\u2019d like to do.
