Fais de l'exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu n'as pas besoin de courir des marathons ou de faire des dizaines de kilom\u00e8tres de v\u00e9lo par jour pour rester en bonne sant\u00e9, mais l'exercice r\u00e9gulier est essentiel pour maintenir ton niveau d'\u00e9nergie.
