Ses conclusions montrent que la plupart des gens, lorsqu'ils voient tout cela \u00e9crit, n'appr\u00e9cient pas vraiment les r\u00e9sultats de leur mauvaise habitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trouve une meilleure solution en encourageant la curiosit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019ve addressed the bad habit and see what you realistically get out of participating in it, it\u2019s time to find something new. As you\u2019ve probably experienced, it\u2019s hard to replace something that doesn\u2019t quite satisfy your craving or desire in the same way. That\u2019s why Dr. Brewer recommends using what sparks your curiosity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, if you\u2019re trying to break the addiction of scrolling social media when you\u2019re trying to study, flashcards aren\u2019t enticing. Rote memorization drills won\u2019t give your brain the same satisfaction as your previous habits.
