It can feel frustrating as a new learner to feel like you can\u2019t keep up. The good thing is, you don\u2019t have to listen to everything at the original pace. Yes, the goal is to understand regular communication, but that takes time! If a video is too fast, you can slow it down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mais je pensais que je devais m'entra\u00eener avec des sources authentiques ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, it\u2019s always a good idea to practice with authentic sources, and with people that speak Spanish natively. However, sometimes, it\u2019s just too fast. Lots of new learners feel frustrated because they feel like if they aren\u2019t watching the original video at its original speed, they\u2019re cheating. This couldn\u2019t be further from the truth. You might also ask them to repeat themself if you didn\u2019t catch what they said or you didn\u2019t recognize a particular word that they said. Parfois, l'image d'une personne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2790192\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rythme naturel<\/a> L'apprenant a l'impression d'\u00eatre trop rapide, qu'il s'agisse d'une vid\u00e9o ou d'une personne. Tu peux simplement lire une vid\u00e9o \u00e0 une vitesse de 0,5 ou m\u00eame de 0,8 si tu as juste besoin de la ralentir un tout petit peu. De plus, tu peux toujours revenir en arri\u00e8re de quelques secondes, d'une minute ou recommencer une vid\u00e9o. C'est en fait un privil\u00e8ge que tu n'as pas toujours lorsque tu parles \u00e0 quelqu'un en personne, et tu ne devrais pas te sentir mal \u00e0 ce sujet.
