Siediti su una superficie comoda dove ti senti al sicuro. Osserva l'aspetto e la sensazione dell'ambiente che ti circonda, poi chiudi gli occhi. Capovolgi il telefono e sii semplicemente presente. Starting off each session with a little bit of mindfulness will make you more present, more motivated and more engaged in what you\u2019re learning. If you\u2019re distracted, you\u2019re less likely to retain what you\u2019ve learned.
