When we start to feel frustrated, it can be hard to be kind to ourselves. Every so often, everyone can fall into a slump and feel like they aren\u2019t making the progress they want. What\u2019s important is to remind yourself that you\u2019re doing your best, and put together a plan to get back on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Burnout happens to everyone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s true- even the most motivated students will feel burnout. It can sneak up on you over time and feel like huge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au\/health\/conditionsandtreatments\/fatigue\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rush of exhaustion<\/a>. In these hard times, you likely won\u2019t want to do anything new out of fear that you won\u2019t do it well. People every day <a href=\"http:\/\/conversaspanishinstitute.com\/ru\/%d0%b1%d0%bb%d0%be%d0%b3\/%d1%87%d1%83%d0%b2%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b2%d1%83%d1%8f-%d1%81%d0%b5%d0%b1%d1%8f-%d0%b8%d1%81%d1%82%d0%be%d1%89%d0%b5%d0%bd%d0%bd%d1%8b%d0%bc-%d1%81%d0%b4%d0%b5%d0%bb%d0%b0%d0%b9-%d0%bf%d0%b5%d1%80%d0%b5\/\" title=\"Feeling Drained? Take a Break!\">feel burnt out<\/a> and need a moment to remember why they started studying or working toward a certain goal in the first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to be kind to yourself<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are lots of different ways to show kindness to yourself when you\u2019re starting to feel frustrated with your progress or burnt out. Here are a few examples of things you can do when you need a little self-love:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make a list of things you\u2019re grateful for. It\u2019ll help you focus on the good things in your life, and it provides as an opportunity to reflect on the positive things in your life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spend some time doing another hobby that makes you feel good. Do something that you always do well and that makes you smile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talk kindly to yourself. This might sound silly, but talking to yourself in the mirror can actually help boost positivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice self-care. Do something that makes you feel good physically. Do a face mask, go for a walk, or whatever else makes you feel pampered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do a random act of kindness.
